January 20th - Wine & Cheese
This day is dedicated to all things Wine & Cheese! Join us right away at 12:00pm for our own Wine & Cheese Tasting Class in our awesome Barrel Room - REGISTER HERE. Then, from 2:00pm-5:00pm, Christine from The Grater Good will be offering samples and sales of her incredible and unique cheeses, which pair perfectly with our artisan wines! We'll be releasing our newest version of our Sparkling Frontenac Blanc, to which guests are welcome to free samples when you arrive. We'll have special cheesy menu features to enjoy and our ever-delicious hot mulled wine. Let's get cheesy!
Escape the ordinary and embrace the extraordinary winter at Schram Vineyards' Winter Wine Lodge as we make the most of our winter season! Every Saturday from Dec. 30th-Feb. 17th features a different theme and may have vendor partners, music, special attractions and wine and food to fit every theme. Enjoy wine tastings, speciality wine or beer features, and food specials. The vineyard will be open for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or a brisk winter walk during the day (pending weather conditions). Then cozy up in the "wine lodge" for a tasting, drink or bite to eat along with other activities. Fires, s'mores and mulled wine available!
On every Saturday (12pm-4pm, pending enough snow cover) of our Winter Wine Lodge series, guests are welcome to *bring your own* cross country skis or snow shoes to enjoy the beauty of our snowy vineyard rows! Then warm up inside the cozy Wine Lodge with hot mulled wine or warm your hands by the outdoor fires. There is no cost to "BYOS" and enjoy the vineyard, but please register inside before beginning; all exploration is done at your own risk.
