Schram Vineyards’ rustic chic atmosphere is the perfect backdrop to host your company outings, holiday parties, special celebrations, and more. Our tasting and taproom is an open and inviting space with picture windows overlooking the vineyard and Reitz Lake.
At our venue, we center our events around the artisanal wines and beers meticulously crafted on-site, ensuring a genuine winery and brewery experience for your guests. While we don't allow group celebrations in our tasting room during regular business hours, we invite you to reach out to explore the private spaces we have available for your event.
Please note: We only host weddings with a 30-person MAX capacity and only on weekdays. We do not host any weekend weddings.

GAZEBOS
Capacity: Large Gazebo- up to 25 / Small Gazebo- up to 12
Ideal for: friends and family gathering or low-key celebration, wine tasting experiences, bachelorette or bridal showers. Gazebos may not be rented for wedding ceremonies. Located next to our bocce ball courts and near the picturesque vineyard.
Availability: Daily 12pm, 3pm, or 6pm
Gazebo rentals do not include a server. Food and wine orders may be placed at the bar upon arrival or catering orders may be placed in advance. Food and beverage minimums apply.

BARREL ROOM
Capacity: 75 for cocktail style, 45 seated
Ideal for: Casual rehearsal dinners, company parties, client events, holiday parties and birthday or anniversary parties. This space is best used as a cocktail-style event. Opens to an outdoor patio which may be rented for additional fee.
Availability: Tues-Fri 12pm-9pm, Sun 11am-6pm, and Sat 6-9pm
Fee: Rental fee plus food and beverage minimums
*The barrel room is a working facility for winemaking. Please notify your event manager if children are expected in attendance.
FULL VENUE
Capacity: Indoors only: 150 (up to 300 with outdoor pavilion and patio)
Ideal for: Corporate events, client appreciation, holiday parties, and special occasions. Please note we are not able to accommodate weddings as we do not rent this space out on weekends.
Availability: (3-hour minimum):
Mon-Wed: 9am-9pm
Thurs: (November-April only) 9am-9pm
Full Venue rentals are not available Fri-Sun

Group tasting experience in your private space may be arrange. No more than 25 at a time.

Vine to Wine Tours may be added for groups of no more than 25 or they may be conducted in waves as tour guide availability provides.
BOCCE BALL COURTS
Looking to add some activity or friendly competition to your event? Our 2 Bocce Ball Courts may also be rented in addition to your space (with the exception of Bocce Ball League times). Courts are $25 per court/per hour when one of the above spaces is rented. We provide the groomed courts and the play sets and you provide the guests!
