GROUP VISITS
We have a number of unique experiences for groups to ensure good times with great wine! Parties over 8 are encouraged to make arrangements for your visit or book one of the below experiences. Out of consideration for our staff and other guests, please note large groups may not use our public spaces for large group gatherings without one of the below reservations, a private event booking or by making alternative arrangements with a manager.
Buses, limos, or group transportation, please book one of the below options or email the General Manager at info@schramvineyards.com to inquire about alternative arrangements. For other private event inquiries, please see our Private Events Page.
Note the following:

We do not reserve tables

No decor such as balloons or table decorations

No outside food, beverages, or cakes

Rowdy or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated

If arriving by group transportation, please consider making us an early stop on your tour.

We have the right to turn away buses or groups that have not made prior arrangements before visiting.
vINEYARD GAZEBOS
Capacity:
Large Gazebo- up to 25 / Small Gazebo- up to 12
Ideal for: friends or family gathering or low-key celebration, wine tasting experiences, bridal showers.
*Gazebos may NOT be rented for wedding ceremonies.
Times available for events:
Gazebos are available to be booked for specific timeframes and can be booked directly online below!
Thurs/Fri: 12pm, 3pm, or 6pm
Saturdays: 11am, 12pm, 3pm, and 6pm
Sundays: 11am, 12pm, 3pm, and 6pm

Fee for designated timeslots:
Large: $250 rental + food and beverage minimum
Small: $150 rental + food and beverage minimum
**Does not include designated serving staff**
**Gazebos are not considered private rental space, therefore our public guest policies of no decor or outside food or drink apply. You may order catering through our events team at events@schramvineyards.com
GROUP TASTING exPERIENCE
For groups of up to 16 people, schedule a guided group wine tasting in a semi-private seated patio area with a dedicated tasting associate to take you through a tasting of 5 of our award-winning wines. Group Tastings are $22 per person plus tax and gratuity. Minimum of 8. Allow about 1 hour for the experience. Groups larger than 16, please email info@schramvineyards.com to book to ensure we can accommodate your group!
NOTE: If booking a gazebo, you have the option to add on a Group Tasting!
GROUP VINE TO WINE TOURS
Our guided vine-to-wine tours may be booked for groups of 10 or more (or minimum payment) pending tour guide availability. Tours are $35 per person and include a walking tour of the winery, operations, and vineyard with tastings of our wines along the way as you learn about how it is made - from vine to wine. Approximately 90 minute experience. To inquire if we can accommodate your group on a weekday or weekend, please email events@schramvineyards.com.

ALL INCLUSIVE TASTING AND TOURS PROVIDED BY EXECUTIVE TRANSPORTATION OR RENEE'S LIMO - TOUR ALL THREE SCHRAM ENTERPRISE LOCATIONS AT ONE SPECIAL PRICE!
Visit AxeBridge Wine Co, Schram Vineyards and Schram Haus Brewery for a 4 hour tour of tastings and fun. Ideal for group outings, company outings, friends and family celebrations. Special pricing includes elite transportation and wine or beer tastings at each location.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Gazebos: These are covered areas. In the case of heavy rain and inclement weather, there are no refunds available and there is no option to move to indoor seating. However, we can reschedule your reservation to another date within 6 months of the original reservation date.
Tours: Vine to Wine Tours will continue rain or shine and will be adjusted to indoor spaces as needed.
