GROUP VISITS
We have a number of unique experiences for groups to ensure good times with great wine! Parties over 8 are encouraged to make arrangements for your visit or book one of the below experiences. Out of consideration for our staff and other guests, please note large groups may not use our public spaces for large group gatherings without one of the below reservations, a private event booking or by making alternative arrangements with a manager.
Buses, limos, or group transportation, please book one of the below options or email the General Manager at info@schramvineyards.com to inquire about alternative arrangements.

Note the following:

We do not reserve tables for groups

No decor such as balloons or table decorations allowed in our public areas

No outside food, beverages, cakes or desserts

Rowdy or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated

If arriving by group transportation, please consider making us an early stop on your tour.

We have the right to turn away buses or groups that have not made prior arrangements before visiting.
VINEYARD GAZEBOS
Capacity:
Large Gazebo- up to 20 (18 seated) / Small Gazebo- up to 10
Ideal for friends or family gatherings or low-key celebrations, wine-tasting experiences, and bridal showers.
*Gazebos may NOT be rented for wedding ceremonies.
Non-refundable. In the event of inclement weather, if we cannot guarantee indoor space, you may rebook for a date within 6 month.
Times available for events:
Gazebos can be booked online with catering options and add-on bocce ball courts. Click below to see availability for mid-April through October. 2.5-3 hour increments available.
If you have more than 20 in your party, we recommend booking both the large and small gazebos together. Food and beverage must be purchased through Schram Vineyards.
Fee for designated timeslots:
Large: $200 rental
Small: $125 rental

GROUP TASTING EXPERIENCE
For groups of up to 16 people, schedule a guided group wine tasting in a semi-private seated patio area with a dedicated tasting associate to take you through a tasting of 5 of our award-winning wines. Minimum of 8. Allow about 1 hour for the experience. Groups larger than 16, please email info@schramvineyards.com to book to ensure we can accommodate your group!
NOTE: If booking a gazebo, you have the option to add on a Group Tasting!
GROUP VINE TO WINE TOURS
Our guided vine-to-wine tours may be booked for groups of 10 or more (or minimum payment) pending tour guide availability. Tours are $35 per person and include a walking tour of the winery, operations, and vineyard with tastings of our wines along the way as you learn about how it is made - from vine to wine. Approximately 90 minute experience. To inquire if we can accommodate your group on a weekday or weekend, please email events@schramvineyards.com.
FOOD & WINE PACKAGES
Let us curate a wine and food package for your group for your arrival when you book a gazebo or private event! We offer catering for small and large groups.
