With our newly opened Bonfire and Barrel Restaurant, we have a number of opeings.  Our tasting room is not just a hospitality space – it’s our primary sales channel, and we’re seeking driven, engaging, and sales-focused individuals to help grow our direct-to-consumer business.Position

 

SALES ASSOCIATE

Summary:

The Sales Associate plays a key role in driving revenue through bottle sales, wine club memberships, and exceptional guest interactions. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and confident in converting tastings into lasting customer relationships. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with people, and is motivated by achieving (and exceeding) sales goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a warm, knowledgeable, and sales-driven tasting experience for all guests.Actively promote and sell wine, merchandise, and wine club memberships to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.Educate guests on wine offerings, winery history, and the benefits of club membership with a strong closing mentality.Accurately process sales transactions, wine shipments, and club sign-ups using our POS system.Assist with opening/closing duties, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked tasting room. Participate in winery events and club functions as needed. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the winery’s brand image and service standards.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of sales experience (hospitality, retail, or DTC wine sales preferred). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Passion for wine, with a willingness to learn and educate others. Must be at least 21 years old.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.Weekend and holiday availability required.Preferred:Previous experience in a winery, tasting room, or wine club environment.POS system proficiency (e.g., WineDirect, Commerce7, or similar). LINE COOK

  • Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications

  • Plates prepared foods based on the chef's guidance

  • Responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment

  • Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils, etc. as needed

  • Uphold our restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to learn restaurant menus and recipes 

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 30 lbs. and continuously bend, reach and twist

  • Ability to make decisions and work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong attention-to-detail and a willingness to learn 

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts preferred

BARTENDER

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with precision and flair

  • Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, cocktail recipes, and menu offerings

  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met

  • Operate Square systems for order processing and cash handling

  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as necessary

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines

  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to support banquet events and catering services when required

  • Handle cash transactions accurately, performing basic math for payments and change

Experience

  • Previous bartending experience is preferred

  • Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety standards is essential

  • Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly valued

  • Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently

  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

  • Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations are necessary

  • Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is an advantage

SERVER

  • Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Restaurant Server to join our team. As a server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.

  • Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about the menu or restaurant.

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to kitchen/bar staff.

  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.

  • Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond to any requests.

  • Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions using the POS system.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service area.

  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members.

  • Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.

  • Uphold the restaurant’s service standards and brand values.

  • Qualifications:

  • Prior serving experience preferred but not required (we will train the right candidate).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.

  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
