OUR WINE EXPERIENCES

RESERVED SEATED WINE TASTING

AVAILABLE SATURDAYS AT SELECT TIMES 

Experience our wine in an intimate, fun, and educational guided wine tasting with a Sr. level Tasting Associate in our Barrel Room. Each tasting includes at least 5 of our award-winning wines and a deeper explanation of our grapes, winemaking process, history and winemaking.

Our tasting time slots in the Barrel Room are limited and designed for couples or smaller parties.

Allow 45-min to an hour for this experience.  Groups, please click link below for Group Tasting options and booking.

WALK-UP TASTINGS

OPEN DAILY UNTIL 6PM

**NO RESERVATION NEEDED**

In this interactive bar tasting, you'll taste through five 1 oz. pours of your choice standing at the tasting bar with a tasting associate.  

These may be done outside at our vineyard tree bar (weather and season pending) or inside the tasting room or barrel room during colder months . 

Not available for groups greater than 7.

VINE TO WINE TOURS

OFFERED MAY THRU OCTOBER 

Led by one of our wine professionals and tour guide, this wine-centric journey will guide you through the history of our vineyard and introduce you to our expansive wine portfolio, sampling various existing and in-process wines throughout the entire tour while discovering what it takes to make it – from the Vine to Wine.

Rain, Snow, or Shine. The tour is about 90 minutes and is recommended for small groups or couples. Larger parties are encouraged to email our Events Manager to schedule a private Vine to Wine Tour. 21+ only, please.

WINE BLENDING WORKSHOPS

OFFERED LIMITED WEEKDAY EVENINGS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR! Back for the 2024 season, our custom wine blending workshops allow you to work side by side with our winemaker to create your very own red blend. In this wine-centric, hands-on workshop, you'll sample your way through various red varietals from the barrel and learn about the variations of barrel aging and the qualities of different grapes and how they interact with each other. This hands-on activity allows you to learn the art of wine blending by trying variations of blends until you achieve your perfect wine! You'll then be able to bottle your very own wine, label it with a personalized label, and take it home to share your artisan craft wine with friends. This intimate workshop is approximately a 90 minute experience and is limited to only 12 spots per session.

WINE AND CHEESE TASTINGS

Indulge in one of life's most delightful pairings - wine with cheese! Have a seat in our barrel room and taste your way through our curated selection of cheeses paired perfectly with our Minnesota award-winning wines. Taste a variety of our award-winning wines alongside different styles of cheeses and why certain wines pair best with certain cheeses. 

BARREL TASTINGS

OFFERED SEASONALLY ON SATURDAYS

Have you ever tasted wine before it has gone into a bottle? Here is your opportunity to learn more about the journey of wine by sampling in-production wines right out of the barrel. You'll sample your way through red (and some white) barrels with a senior-level associate, learn more about the barrel aging process, and how decisions are made on a wine's finished product. This class is best for singles, couples, or small groups as space is limited in this class. Allow 60 minutes for this experience.

SPARKLING TASTING EXPERIENCE

OFFERED SEASONALLY ON SATURDAYS

Awaken your taste buds and start your morning with bubbles! In this tasting experience, we will explore our Minnesota sparkling wines made by Schram Vineyards (aka Schrampagne) and AxeBridge Wine Co. including our gold medal winner, Sparkling Frontentac Blanc, as you learn about the different sparkling winemaking styles and why Minnesota grapes lend themselves to making such amazing bubbly wines. We will taste traditional champenoise and charmat method sparkling wines. Stay to enjoy some bites to eat in the tasting room after class.
