We’ve been dreaming big, and now, we’re bringing those dreams to life with a major expansion that will elevate your experience like never before. More space, more offerings, and more ways to enjoy everything you love about Schram Vineyards.

A Grand Entrance & Enhanced Experience

First impressions matter! Our new entrance will create a more welcoming and elevated arrival experience. A brand-new customer check-in area will make it easier to explore all the unique experiences we offer. Whether you’re here for a tasting, a tour, or a private event, you’ll be guided seamlessly to the perfect experience.

A Retail Wonderland and Tasting Area

Our expanded retail space is more than just a bottle shop—it’s a destination. From premium local wines, craft beers, and spirits to stylish apparel and hand-picked artisan goods, and fun gifts, you’ll find something special to take home. Plus, a dedicated tasting bar will create an intimate, immersive way to discover new favorites and provide club member tastings and pick-up areas.

An Enhanced Culinary Experience

Perhaps the biggest change—our brand-new dining room, tap room, and kitchen! Featuring a bonfire-inspired menu and space, this space will allow us to host more dining seating, pairing food with our handcrafted wines, beers, and spirits. Whether you're looking for a cozy dinner, a sports-viewing event, or a lively evening with friends, this new addition will take your visit to the next level. We’ll also be able to enhance private events, offering exclusive menus and curated experiences for special gatherings.

Winery, Brewery & Distillery: A First for Minnesota

We’re making history! Our expanded winery, brewery and distillery operations will be the first of their kind in Minnesota, opening up incredible opportunities for craft beverage lovers. With our Schram Haus craft beer on one side and our branded distillery cocktails on the other, the new bar will offer something for everyone. Pending all licensing!

To better accommodate our busiest seasons, and to make Schram a cozy winter attraction, we’re expanding seating capacity indoors and outdoors.

That means:
