Winemaker's Dinner - Swine and Wine

The Culinary Chef and Winemaker for Schram Enterprises have teamed up to bring you a unique culinary experience featuring locally crafted artisan wines from AxeBridge Wine Co and Schram Vineyards paired alongside 4 elevated courses. Each course will be presented by the chef and winemaking team overseeing both winery locations for a fully immersed pairing experience. Guests will have the opportunity to hear from the makers themselves while indulging in a beautifully presented 4 pairing course dining experience. These dinners will take place at AxeBridge Wine Co. in Minneapolis.
