Schrampagne Tasting Experience

Awaken your taste buds and start your morning with bubbles! In this tasting experience, we will explore our Minnesota sparkling wines made by Schram Vineyards and AxeBridge Wine Co. including our gold medal winner, Sparkling Frontentac Blanc, as you learn about the different sparkling winemaking styles and why Minnesota grapes lend themselves to making such amazing bubbly wines. We will taste traditional champenoise and charmat method sparkling wines. Stay to enjoy some bites to eat in the tasting room after class.
